Newmark’s Seniors Housing Group is led by Vice Chairman Ryan Maconachy, Senior Managing Director Sarah Anderson and Directors Mills Poynor and Ben McElroy. The team has completed transactions valued in excess of $37 billion while boasting an annual transaction volume of more than $2.5 billion in each of the past three years. In 2024 alone, the team closed deals totaling over $2.9 billion in dollar volume.
Senor asset highlights included a $140-million recapitalization for the 203-unit Corso Atlanta (Atlanta, GA), the $252-million sale of the three property Clarendale Portfolio (Nashville, Phoenix and St. Louis) and the $420-million recapitalization of the Brightview Silver 5 Portfolio (Massachusetts, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Virginia).
