The Cushman & Wakefield Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Industrial Services team comprises six brokers and three marketing/research support personnel led by Executive Vice Chair Jeff Bender. In 2024, the team successfully completed 161 transactions, totaling 8 million square feet.

One highlight involved representation of a global manufacturer that announced the acquisition of a former and now remediated brownfield site into a new Build-To-Suit project, with investment totaling more than $130 million and bringing new jobs and tax revenue to the local community and state.”
