Series of headquarters deals in and around Chicago marked a standout year
Arranged Cour Pharmaceuticals’ 50,000-square-foot lease
Colliers’ Occupier Services Chicago Team–David Burden, Tom Berarducci, and Andy Gooliak–had a banner year, closing 126 deals and recording record commission revenues in 2024.
Highlights included Convergint Technologies’ 92,000-square-foot headquarters lease in Hoffman Estates, IL. Additional transactions included a relocation/space reduction lease for Arjo NA’s headquarters; the company ended up with 35,000 square feet, also in Hoffman Estates.
The team also arranged Cour Pharmaceuticals’ 50,000 square-foot lease at Evanston Labs (Evanston, IL), a 75,000-square-foot restructure for the Federal Deposit Insurance Company at 300 S. Riverside and a 55,000-square-foot lease for FTI consulting at 155 N. Wacker Dr. Both buildings are near downtown Chicago.
