Gregory Harris, Joseph Grabiec and Kevin Green make up the top-producing sales team nationally at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap. The team’s focus is primarily on Southern California multifamily properties. In 2024, the group brokered 21 properties at a dollar volume of over $1 billion.
Highlighted deals included the $146.5-million sale of the 492-unit Silverado Apartment Homes (Murrieta, CA), the $95-million sale of the 212-unit Landing at Arroyo (Simi Valley, CA) and the $116-million sale of the 460-unit La Vista Apartments (Santa Maria, CA).
