During her time with the company, she created new CE and MCLE classes while helping create new affiliated business entities within real estate and financial services. McAllister mentors many employees, helps with personal growth and development and assists with new projects.

McAllister is involved with committees involved with DEI-related matters. CREW Dallas honored her as a New Member of the Year, and REDNews named her one of the Top 100 People in Real Estate.
