As Pacific Elm Properties’ Managing Director, Ashley Becker oversees all aspects of asset management for the firm’s 6.5 million-square-foot mixed-use portfolio, which includes office, multifamily, hotel, and retail space. She is currently handling the development of a $433-million, 500,000-square-foot Class AA office tower in Dallas’ Uptown neighborhood.
As one of the youngest development and asset management specialists in Dallas, Becker joined Pacific Elm after graduating from college and has been promoted several times over her 14-year tenure. She is often the one setting strategy and implementing new initiatives and projects for the company. Becker is actively involved in mentoring others and helping to cultivate their career growth.
She is a Real Estate Council (TREC) member and has been active with ULI and Uptown Dallas Inc.
