Tanya Hart Little

Tanya Hart Little is the co-founder and managing partner of Hart Commercial.  She oversees Hart’s medical brokerage platform and runs Hart’s operations. Since launching Hart Commercial in late 2021 with her partner, Allison Johnston Frizzo, Little has helped grow the platform to represent major medical clients like Healthcare Realty and Welltower, completing over 25 transactions totaling over $1.67 million in revenue in under two years.

Little oversaw the GE Pension Trust’s $425-million national portfolio of Class A assets and directed the marketing strategy for GE Real Estate’s $7-billion-per-year national lending platform. 

She also founded Hart Advisors Group in 2009, completing more than $11 billion of commercial loan restructures, assumptions, placements, and recapitalizations before selling her business to an investor in 2021.

Through the company’s targeted philanthropic efforts, Little serves on the board of M2G Venture’s Mental Health Initiative (MHI). She also serves on the board of The Barking Project. She is active with CREW Dallas and has served on the organization’s National Education Committee, PR Committee and board of directors. She also served multiple roles with the Real Estate Council and is part of the 2005-2007 board.

Little has been honored with the Dallas Business Journal’s Women in Business Award, Austin Business Journal’s 100 Most Influential Texans to Know, the Dallas Power 50 Award, Real Estate Forum’s Women of Influence Award, GlobeSt.’s Women of Influence/Mentoring Award, Bisnow’s Trailblazer Award, the Texas Diversity Council Award, CREW’s inaugural Individual Career Advancement for Women Award and RedNews Icon Award.
