Patty Hartley is the Co-Founder, President, and Designated Broker of Mode Commercial Real Estate Management Services. As Co-Founder, Hartley was instrumental in establishing the company, shaping its mission, and setting the strategic direction. As President, she oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring the company meets its business goals while maintaining high service standards. And as a Designated Broker, Hartley is responsible for all real estate brokerage activities within the company.
Under her leadership, Mode Commercial’s management portfolio expanded from ten to 90 buildings over 16 years. Additionally, Hartley established an in-house building engineering department with eight full-time HVAC Certified Building Engineers, ensuring comprehensive maintenance support for each property under management.
In addition to her daily responsibilities, Hartley actively contributes to her company and the community. She mentors junior property management staff, serves on BOMA’s board, and volunteers with St. Vincent de Paul.
Among other prestigious honors, Hartley received BOMA’s International Building of the Year Award in the medical category.
