Oversees creation and processes of marketing materials for 600 agents

Expanded the marketing team by 200% in 12 months

As Senior Property Marketing Manager for Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, Natalie Storm oversees the creation and processes of all transaction marketing materials for 600+ agents across 26 offices nationwide. She manages 30+ full-time employees and interns while also handling prospecting, screening, and interviewing as the company continues to scale the property marketing division. She helps onboard and train new agents in the transaction marketing process, helping them transition smoothly into their new roles.

During her time with Matthews, Storm hired close to 50% of the current property marketing team and expanded it by 200% in 12 months.

Storm mentors all of her team members, but especially those who take on leadership positions within the division. She hosts training on new initiatives, processes, and general business practices to ensure that employees are up-to-date and well-versed in their skills.

Storm is an active volunteer at her church and participates in the Matthews Corporate Social Responsibility program, which supports organizations such as Feed My Starving Children, The Pat Tillman Foundation and Ronald McDonald House Charities.

These are just a few reasons Natalie Storm is among the Phoenix & Southwest Connect CRE 2024 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
