As Colliers’ Senior Vice President, Keri Scott develops and maintains strong relationships with clients, including investors, property owners, tenants and developers. She oversees all aspects of the transaction process, including property valuation, negotiation, contract drafting and closing.    

Scott also develops and implements strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.  In the process, she mentors and trains junior agents and support staff. 

Scott participates in the Leadership Council at Colliers, engaging in professional development for herself and others.  She volunteers for company committees and networks heavily within Colliers, referring business to other offices and within her own. 

She has been named one of the top 50 Women Leaders in Real Estate by Women We Admire and one of the Women to Watch by Know Book. Internally, Scott was named to Colliers’ Everest Club.
