Hannah Marshall is CRG’s Vice President of Development of the Southwest Region, where she oversees all stages of industrial developments and leads the sourcing of new land and development opportunities across Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Texas, Oregon and Washington. Her duties include running the due diligence, planning, entitlement and construction phases of all CRG deals in the region. Marshall has been engaged in numerous industrial projects, including large-scale distribution and logistics facilities and speculative industrial parks.

Marshall was instrumental in launching CRG’s first two industrial projects in Arizona when it entered the market in 2020. These were the Cubes at Glendale, a 335-acre industrial park in the West Valley submarket of Phoenix and The Cubes at Mesa Gateway, a 268-acre speculative and build-to-suit industrial development in Mesa, AZ. The Cubes at Mesa Gateway will be the largest master-planned, development-ready industrial park in Phoenix’s Southeast Valley submarket at full buildout.

Marshall has served on CREW Network’s member services committee since 2016 and is actively involved with NAIOP and ULI. She was a long-time volunteer for The Jewish Federation of St. Louis.

Marshall is applying to become an Honorary Commander at Luke Air Force Base. The program is intended to form positive relationships between the Base and local businesses and community members. She also supports the Deployed Solider Packing event. Nationally, Marshall is involved with the fundraising efforts of Illumination, CRG’s annual Halloween event that raises funds for rare disease research.

These are just a few reasons Hannah Marshall is among the Phoenix & Southwest Connect CRE 2024 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
