Sabrina Solomiany is the National Head of Medical and Life Sciences at Berkadia. She specializes in providing healthcare and life sciences real estate investors with acquisition, disposition, debt placement and recapitalization strategies. Her clients include REITs, institutional investors, healthcare providers, developers and private capital investors.
Solomiany helped create a new property business line for Berkadia, now known as Berkadia Medical & Life Sciences. Over two years, she assembled a talented team of 12 professionals nationwide.
Notable transactions include closing on the sale of the three-asset, 79,887-square-foot Evergreen Medical Portfolio (Seattle), financing of the 205,534-square-foot Doug Meijer Medical Innovation Building (Grand Rapids, MI) and closing on the sale of the 104,238-square-foot Mercy Medical Arts.
Outside of her work duties, Solomiany is active with CREW, serving on the organization’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Council. She is an active animal fostering volunteer with Angels Among Us Pet Rescue.
During her career, Solomiany has been named Top Individual Influencer in Healthcare Real Estate (GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum), Top Broker (Connect CRE) and Top 50 Women Leaders in Real Estate (Women We Admire).
