Closed more than $250 million in her career
In her role as Northmarq Senior Vice President, Maggie Holmes specializes in the disposition and acquisition of single and multi-tenant net lease retail and industrial assets throughout the U.S. She is a partner on one of Northmarq’s top-producing Commercial IS teams nationally, leading through her own personal production and client relationships as well as a team of brokers, analysts, marketing specialists and administrative support all in a team approach to serving clients. Holmes has closed more than $250 million in CRE transactions during her career.
Significant transactions in the past two years include a portfolio of 26 discount retail locations nationwide, industrial deals in Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, Arizona and Mississippi, and net lease retail transactions in New York, Louisiana, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Missouri, Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, Ohio and Kentucky.
A graduate of Samford University, Holmes joined Northmarq more than a decade ago, starting as an administrative assistant in the company’s Atlanta office. Over the years, she rose through the ranks, obtaining added seniority and responsibilities.
Internally, Holmes participates in leadership groups to help build a strong and inclusive culture in the firm. In the community, she has worked with organizations such as Hands on Atlanta and the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
