As the Director of Asset Management at The Clear Blue Company, Kathryn Ricketts leads a growing team of professionals that oversees 4,800 units of housing across five third-party management companies. She also spearheads the creation of comprehensive business strategies and the development of internal reporting metrics while overseeing different elements of the firm’s budgeting process. Finally, Ricketts is responsible for revitalizing distressed properties and supports the firm’s acquisition operations through due diligence processes.
Ricketts is a member of The Clear Blue Company’s “Pursuit of Joy” committee. This corporate initiative promotes the team’s engagement with local nonprofit organizations, small businesses and community entities in Nashville. She mentors her team, supporting each member’s personal and professional growth. Furthermore, Ricketts is training as a volunteer for Alive Hospice.
