Cloteen Jasmin

Cloteen Jasmin is the Senior Vice President and Market Leader for Ryan Companies’ Atlanta office, where she defines goals throughout the Southeast region and directs and manages the development team while building Ryan’s regional and national presence. In her role, Jasmin applies her strategic analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities to solve client obstacles and meet goals. Her multifaceted background helps her understand decision drivers for each stakeholder and provide personalized solutions.

Ryan Companies offers comprehensive commercial real estate services as a national developer, architect, capital investment consultant, builder and real estate manager. Jasmin oversees these processes across the southeast, bringing lasting value to her customers and the communities in which she works, with a focus on several sectors, including mission critical, retail, industrial, healthcare and multifamily. As the Atlanta Market Leader, she leads regional project teams across six states and has been instrumental in closing significant transactions for clients such as Amazon.

In her current role, Jasmin has successfully established a strong foothold in the Southeast by driving revenue growth, leading cross-functional teams and cultivating key client relationships. Her strategic mindset and extensive industry knowledge have earned her the respect of clients and colleagues alike. Jasmin is currently making history as the first woman of color to lead a major office of any national development and construction firm of this size and scale.

She led the development of the 1.2-million-square-foot Amazon RDU4 Fayetteville facility, marking Ryan’s first Amazon project of this size in the Southeast. The project, completed in one year, included a team of more than 25 women across various companies, breaking norms in the male-dominated industrial sector. Her leadership was crucial in overcoming challenges like relocating a gas main line and integrating Amazon’s embodied carbon tracking initiative, ensuring the project was completed on time and within budget.
