The Northwest Hotel group was formed in 1999 and has handled over $10 billion in hospitality-related assets over the past 25 years. Today, the team comprises four individuals, split between Seattle, WA and Bozeman, MT and part of the CBRE National Hotel Partners group of 105 brokers nationwide. The three lead brokers in the Northwest are Aaron Solaimani, Chris Burdett and Matthew Behrens.
During 2023, the team brokered eight deals totaling $282.4 million in transactional volume. A main highlight was the sale of the Marriott Residence Inn and A/C Hotels in Missoula, MT. The $103.3-million deal represented Montana’s single largest hospitality transaction.
