Lee & Associates’ John Bauder and Harrison Laird closed 69 transactions in 2023, totaling 118,956 square feet.
Notable highlights included the $27.3-million acquisition of the 149,330-square-foot 1501 Market Street in Tacoma, WA by Pierce County. The deal represented the largest office building sale in the county since early 2022.
Bauder and Laird also facilitated a 30,917-square-foot office lease renewal and expansion for Community Health Care (also in Pierce County) and handled a 27,400-square-foot office lease on behalf of D&S Family LLC in Fife, WA. The two transactions were the first and second largest general office leases signed in 2023.
