Notable deals included the $14-million sale of the Spectrum Business Park

Matt McLennan specializes in industrial leasing and sales in South King and Pierce counties, Washington State. In his career, McLennan has facilitated more than 3 million square feet of sale and lease transactions, with total consideration exceeding $300 million.

During 2023, he closed 30 sales and lease transactions totaling $68 million-plus. Notable deals included the $13.7-million sale of the 68,911-square-foot Spectrum Business Park in Federal Way, WA, the $13-million sale of the 6.65-acre DMI Drilling Yard in Sumner, WA and $11 million in leasing consideration on three transactions on behalf of tenant Ingenium.
