Lee & Associates’ Northwest Logistics Advisors (NWLA) team is a collection of experts with diverse strengths. Led by Chris Peterson and Billy Moultrie, the NWLA team closed 52 transactions totaling 3.6 million square feet in 2023.

Highlights included brokering a 150,000-square-foot lease and the $13.5-million sale of a building containing leases 65% below the current market rate, with term remaining.
