Jeff A. Chaney is an executive vice president and shareholder at Kidder Mathews with over 28 years of experience leasing and selling office buildings located on the Eastside of Seattle. During 2023, Chaney completed 25 transactions totaling 290,000 square feet, valued at $34.9 million.

One notable highlight involved successfully closing a Bellevue, WA, 33,155-square-foot building to First Citizens Bank. Chaney represented Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute in the $18.5-million sale-leaseback transaction.
