The JLL team of Pat Williams, Andrew Medley and Chris Corney closed 70 transactions in 2023 across 1.2 million square feet, generating a deal volume of $214 million.
Highlights included a 135,000-square-foot office lease to Vanguard Group at Northsight Corporate Center, representing one of metro Phoenix’s largest office leases of the year. The team also brokered a 75,000-square-foot lease for Isagenix in the Rivulon development.
Collectively, the team has been exclusively representing office tenants for over 68 years.
