JLL’s Anthony Lydon, Marc Hertzberg, Riley Gilbert, John Lydon and Kelly Royle closed 54 industrial leasing transactions totaling 4.6 million square feet at a sales volume of $184 million.
Highlights included a 570,080-square-foot lease to Saddle Creek Logistics Services at The Cubes at Glendale, a 420,536-square-foot lease to Parts Town at C303, and numerous leases in the 300,000-square-foot range to companies including CJ Logistics, Exxon Mobile and Tempur-Pedic and TriColor Auto. The team continues to expand its portfolio with additional high-profile projects in the Arizona market.
