CBRE’s Asher Gunter, Matt Pesch, Sean Cunningham and Austin Groen specialize in selling Arizona and Southwest multifamily properties. During 2023, the team closed 14 transactions totaling more than $1.2 billion. Since its inception, the team has handled over 1,000 transactions encompassing 330,000 units at a total sales volume of $40.5 billion.
Highlights from last year included the $161.5-million sale of the District at Scottsdale, representing the year’s largest multifamily transaction in Arizona. Other transactions included the $140-million sale of Soltra at SanTan Village, the $104-million sale of Haverly in Phoenix, the $82-million sale of Alta Warehouse in Phoenix, and the $86-million sale of Cuvee Apartments in Glendale, AZ. The team also brokered transactions that included The Aston Scottdale and Arcadia Cove in Phoenix.
