Highlight involved Las Vegas’ first one-million-square-foot industrial lease
Colliers’ Doherty Industrial Group (the DIG Team) is a powerhouse team in the Southern Nevada market. The team comprises Dan Doherty, Paul Sweetland, Chris Lane, Jerry Doty and Morgan Elson. In 2023, the team closed 132 deals totaling nearly 5.3 million square feet, valued at $267.5 million.
A notable transaction was Las Vegas’ first one-million-square-foot lease on behalf of NorthPoint Development’s North Vegas Logistics Center. The tenant was HEYDUDE Shoes.
The team constantly closes deals that contribute to Southern Nevada’s growth.
