The Malan + Marcello Investment Team has brokered over $2.62 billion in transaction volume and has consistently been ranked a top-producing team across the western U.S. In 2023, the team closed 71 deals, totaling 1.2 million square feet at a sales volume of nearly $172 million.
Highlights included the $10.3-million sale of the 48,160-square-foot Boulders Crossing, the $9.1-million sale of a Whole Foods-anchored shopping center and a 41-acre transaction involving a ground lease and disposition.
