Steven Siegel of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, is a licensed real estate broker in Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office with more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 1998.

In 2023, Siegel closed 25 deals totaling more than $230 million in sales volume. In his career, he has brokered several billion dollars in sales.

Siegel’s most notable transaction in 2023 was the $80-million land buy under the 195,000-square-foot IAC Building in New York City. Other notable closings included an eight-property portfolio of 7-Eleven stores totaling $57 million and a $30-million deal for retail anchored by BJ’s and CVS.
