Michael Joseph is a well-known, well-liked and incredibly knowledgeable advisor in the NYC market. He effectively manages several landlord agency relationships, representing Capital Properties, Joseph P. Day, L.H. Charney Associates and Williams Equities.

He also offers tenant advisory services and, in 2023, negotiated a 50,000-square-foot renewal for his client MetTel at 55 Water St.

Overall, during 2023, Joseph handled 59 deals, which included 346,115 square feet in leases and a $9-million office building sale.
