The Colliers team of Jason Maietta, Tommy Rosati and Brandon Lichtenstein have formed organically over the past 10 years and honed their collective strengths to become a force in the Long Island industrial market. They are collaborative with and accountable to one another, and have a genuine relatability that really resonates with clients and has helped them authentically grow their business over time.

This past year, while many areas of the commercial real estate industry saw dramatic declines in activity, the team was able to successfully complete 22 transactions, 19 of which were leases that totaled nearly 600,000 square feet. This included a nearly 200,000-square-foot lease with Water Lilies Food, LLC at 250 Creative Drive in Central Islip, NY, where they represented landlord Creative Plastic Products.

These are some of the reasons we selected the team of Jason Maietta, Tommy Rosati and Brandon Lichtenstein as one of the New York & Tri-State winners in Connect CREs 2024 Top Broker Awards. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards and transaction volumes in investment sales and leasing.
