In her three-decade career, Mary Ann Tighe has handled more than 123.5 million square feet of commercial transactions. Her deals have anchored more than 14.4 million square feet of new construction in the New York region.
In 2023, she negotiated 124 deals totaling more than 4.8 million square feet.
Notable highlights included representation of Sotheby’s in a 30-year, 250,000-square-foot lease to Weill Cornell at 1334 York Ave., PJT in a 270,000-square-foot-renewal and expansion at 280 Park Ave., and the 295 Fifth Ave. ownership in a 132,000-square-foot-lease to law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan.
Tighe also represented landlord 550 Madison in its 43,944-square-foot lease to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and a 71,757-square-foot lease to BDT & MSD Capital.
