Led by Jeff Dunne, vice chairman, CBRE’s Metro New York Capital Markets Team maintained a dominant market share for all asset classes in 2023, including completing some of the largest transactions throughout the region. The team comprises Doug Rodio, Steven Bardsley, David Gavin, Stuart MacKenzie, Eric Apfel, Travis Langer and Daniel Blumenkrantz.

The team closed 28 transactions totaling over $1.5 billion in sales volume. Notable highlights included the sale of the age-restricted, 425-unit Sutton Landing on Long Island, the $420 million disposition of the two million-square-foot Harborside 1-3 in Jersey City (the largest 2023 New Jersey transaction) and the $104 million sale of the 229-unit Avalon Mamaroneck in Mamaroneck, NY, representing the largest apartment deal in Westchester county last year.

The team also brokered the 764-unit Town Walk in Hamden, CT, for $168 million, the largest transaction in Connecticut and the $30-million sale of the 225,000 square-foot Pond View Corporate Center in Farmington, CT, representing the state’s largest office sale in 2023.

These are some of the reasons we selected CBRE’s Metro New York Capital Markets Team as one of the New York & Tri-State winners in Connect CREs 2024 Top Broker Awards. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards and transaction volumes in investment sales and leasing.
