The Colliers Southeast industrial sales team consists of Executive Vice Presidents Ryan Vaught and Jimmy Ullrich, Senior Associate Michael Macchia and Associate Riley Vaught. The team closed 11 deals in 2023, totaling $1.8 billion.

Notable highlights included brokering Cabot Properties’ $45-million acquisition of Crossroads 429, a 280,437-square-foot industrial park in Orlando, FL. Other transactions included LBA Logistics’ purchase of a 497,952-square-foot facility in Columbia, SC’s Sandy Run Industrial Park and CIP Real Estate’s buy of the 180,367-square-foot Sunstate Park in Tampa for $27.25 million. The Colliers team represented the seller in both deals.

Developer Midwest Industrial Funds also engaged Colliers to raise LP equity for a speculative development project of two warehouses totaling 529,780 square feet.

These are some of the reasons we selected the Colliers Southeast industrial team as one of the Florida & Gulf Coast winners in Connect CREs 2024 Top Broker Awards. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards and transaction volumes in investment sales and leasing.
