In 2023, the team handled 118 transactions totaling 2 million square feet and valued at $720 million.
Notable deals in 2023 included several leases in Miami, FL’s Wells Fargo Center. Tenants included Greenberg Traurig (128,000 square feet), Holland & Knight (121,000 square feet) and Kaseya (101,000 square feet).
