Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida Industrial Team is a 10-member group led by Chris Metzger, Rick Etner Jr., Christopher Thomson and Matthew G. McAllister. In 2023, the team negotiated over 6.5 million square feet of sale and lease transactions valued at more than $524 million.
Notable transactions include negotiating a full-building lease for the 249,700-square-foot 20351 Sheridan Street in Pembroke Pines, FL and its representation of landlord Foundry Commercial in 216,317 square feet of space at Osprey Logistics Park in Coral Springs, FL.
The team also handled a full-building lease totaling 81,727 square feet for Obsession Operating LLC in Miramar, FL.
