During 2023, the team completed over $240 million in lease transactions and represented sellers in disposing over $213 million of industrial product in Central Florida.
The team’s notable transactions in 2023 included representing the tenant in a 500,000-square-foot lease (the largest industrial lease in Polk County) and the disposition of a large industrial tract adjacent to the CSX Intermodal facility in Winter Haven.
