Jack Davis is senior vice president, investments at Marcus & Millichap. He joined the firm in 2015 and is a member of the firm’s National Hospitality Group. In this role, Davis advises clients on acquisitions and dispositions of hospitality assets throughout the Southeast.

Davis completed over 181 transactions totaling $1.1 billion in sales volume since 2016. During 2023, he closed 31 properties at a total sales volume of $280 million. He has been honored with Marcus & Millichap’s prestigious sales recognition awards year after year for his transactional accomplishments.
