The team’s $4.86-billion deal volume included notable transactions, including the Sycamore at Tyvola in Charlotte, NC ($96.3 million); the Reserve at Sugar Loaf in the Atlanta MSA ($91 million); the Ridge at Hamilton Crossing in Maryville, TN ($82.3 million); and Ansley at Town Center in the Augusta, GA MSA ($70.7 million).
