Caleb Troop is a Managing Director of Investment Sales at Berkadia. In his role, he covers the Carolinas’ primary and secondary markets. Troop has experience across a broad spectrum of asset disposition work, from institutional Class A new construction properties to private client and multifamily land brokerage efforts.
Notable 2023 transactions included the $76-million sale of the 303-unit Indigo at Cross Creek in Indian Land, SC, and the sale of the 336-unit Concord Ridge in Concord, NC. Troop brokered other transactions, including the two-property, 292-unit Hamilton Square and Heatherwood Trace portfolio in Charlotte, NC, the 336-unit Palisades at Surf City in Hampstead, NC and the 288-unit Palmer, located in Ridgeland, SC.
