Dimitri Hajimihalis, a CBRE vice president, specializes in advisory and transaction services, representing landlords and tenants in leasing and sales transactions. Over the past five years, Hajimihalis and his partners executed more than 400 transactions totaling over 6.5 million square feet on behalf of their clients. These included some of the largest and most complex private sector office deals in Washington, DC, encompassing multiple occupier types across the legal, tech, association and consulting businesses. He was part of the team that closed an 80,000-square-foot lease on behalf of the owner TMG, one of the largest leases in the District in the first quarter.
Hajimihalis serves on the CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee board and CBRE’s Investor Leasing Advisory Board board. His peers and clients recognized him with the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association of Greater DC’s Rising Star Award.
