Brokered three separate industrial properties totaling 41,250 square feet

Clay Ellis is an associate vice president and industrial leasing/sales broker covering Northern Virginia and the I-81 Corridor for Colliers. His primary focus is representing occupiers and landlords in leasing industrial space in Virginia.

Along with his team, Ellis recently represented multiple tenants in Northern Virginia for a total of 183,637 square feet over the past six months. In that same time frame, he also represented a client in purchasing three separate industrial properties in Winchester, VA, totaling 41,250 square feet.             

Ellis is involved with numerous charities, his local alma mater, Gonzaga College High School, real estate trade organizations, and various real estate sports tournaments. He serves on the auxiliary board of the Washington Jesuit Academy (WJA) and helps organize and attend events for the institution.  

He has been honored as DCA Live Rising Star and CoStar PowerBroker.
