Handed over $15 billion in transactions throughout 10-year career
With team, closed over $1.1 billion in deals within a year of joining Newmark
Stephen Bailey joined Newmark in 2023 as vice chairman and is part of the Newmark Logistics Capital team. Bailey joined Newmark along with his partners, Jack Fraker, Dustin Volz, Dom Espinosa and Zach Riebe, to lead the Industrial Capital Markets platform. The team collectively specializes in industrial investment sales, portfolio dispositions, financing, and equity placement, including joint venture equity and property/portfolio recapitalizations across the U.S.
Throughout his 10-year career, he has handled over $15 billion in transactions. Within a year of joining Newmark, Bailey and his team closed over $1.1 billion and expanded their presence to new markets outside Texas, including Mexico. Bailey is an active resource for the firm by recruiting top talent across major markets.
He is a member of NAIOP and a board member of Texas Christian University’s Neeley Center for Real Estate. He has been honored by D Magazine as a Power Broker and by Connect CRE as a Top Broker.
