Leads review and pricing of potential CMBS bond investments

Developed and manages the Greystone Special Servicing Associate Program

Allison DeLong is a director in the finance department at Greystone Special Servicing, where she is key to leading the review and pricing of potential CMBS bond investments. She is also part of the team that tracks the performance of the underlying loans inside their CMBS portfolio, assuring that valuations align with expectations and assumptions. Other responsibilities include guiding the budgeting and forecasting process.

During her tenure with the company, DeLong developed, led and continues to manage the Greystone Special Servicing Associate Program, a formal, year-long program designed to expose recent college graduates hired by Greystone to all facets of the special servicing business. She was a steering committee member for Greystone’s Women’s Network (GWN).

DeLong has participated in Habitat for Humanity and served as a coach with “Girls on the Run.” She is active with Greystone’s volunteer opportunities, participating in the company’s volunteer week and helping to organize holiday food baskets for local families in need.

These are just a few reasons we selected Allison DeLong as one of Connect CRE’s Texas 2024 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will strongly influence the commercial real estate industry.
