Represented Misfits Market in a 353,000-square-foot BTS

As Colliers’ senior vice president, Brad Balke represents corporate logistics and transportation clients in their real estate decisions and specializes in evaluating the overall corporate business goals.

During 2023, he closed 36 deals totaling 4.4 million square feet across 43.4 acres. Deals included a 353,000-square-foot build-to-suite for Misfits Market and a 90,000-square-foot headquarters office for Omni Logistics. He is currently on Colliers’ Food & Beverage Advisory Team. He also served on the steering committee for Colliers’ EIL program, mentoring 100-plus younger brokers nationwide. He is helping build a tenant rep team in Dallas with two juniors.

Balke is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate (NTCAR), The Real Estate Council (TREC), and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He has volunteered with YoungLife at Covenant Private School and Eastside Community Church.

Balke received Colliers’ DFW “Deal of the Year” award and was named Power Broker by D CEO Magazine.
