With team, brokered highest per-unit price in Texas for multifamily property

Robert Arzola is a managing director in the San Antonio office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. His primary expertise is in multifamily investment sales across Central Texas. Over the past three years, he has managed over $2.5 billion of multifamily transactions.

Notable deals include the sale of the 323-unit Residences of La Cantera, which generated the second-highest per-unit multifamily trade. He also worked on the team that brokered the sale of the 347-unit Quincy on Rainey Street, which generated the highest per-unit and per-square-foot price recorded for a multifamily trade in Texas.

Arzola serves on ULI San Antonio’s Management Committee and co-chairs the Membership Committee. He graduated from the exclusive Real Estate Council San Antonio (RECSA) Leadership Development Program. He is a real estate and development stakeholder for the City of San Antonio’s Strategic Housing Implementation Plan. He is active with the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and volunteers at the Bexar County Adult Detention Center.

Arzola has been honored as a ULI Emerging Leader and received CoStar’s Power Broker Award.
