Zack House is a partner with the NLAG team of Marcus & Millichap, specializing in advising clients on the disposition and acquisition of commercial net-leased investment properties nationally. In the last four years, House has sold more than 26 car wash properties, totaling over $148 million in sales. Since joining the firm in 2015 as a college graduate, he has been involved in over 300 transactions, totaling $650 million in sales volume.

House is a member of ICSC and regularly travels out of state for industry events. He and his team give back to several charitable organizations. For every deal closed, House and the team donate a portion of their commission to an organization of the client’s choice. House regularly mentors younger, tenured agents involved with net lease properties.

Marcus & Millichap has honored House with its Top 30 Net Lease Agent Company-Wide, Achievement, Sales Recognition and Rising Star awards.

House’s wife is a traveling nurse. While her profession has required their family to move to different locales, Zack has adapted himself and his business to the changes, maintaining standards for excellence and consistently outperforming his peers.
