Launched career focused on competitive market without assistance

Zach Olivet is a commercial real estate broker with LevRose Commercial Real Estate. He specializes in selling and leasing flex/industrial assets in the North Phoenix area.

During 2023, he set an original high-mark owner-user sale price in the Deer Valley/Pinnacle Peak Rd Submarket with the sale of the 11,699-square-foot 23043 N. 15th Ln. for $275.66 per square foot.

After a career as a professional soccer player (and a job with CBRE), Olivet joined LevRose, intending to specialize in office assets. After eight months, he changed his focus to industrial assets within the competitive North Phoenix/Deer Valley Airpark region, starting from scratch. His persistence has helped him establish himself in the field.

Olivet shares his insights and experiences with newer LevRose brokers and agents. He participates in company-organized events like the Boys Team Charity. He plans to become actively involved with the Phoenix 20/30 Club.
