Taylor Thornburgh

Represented a real estate company in its 500,000-square-foot, $140-million industrial sale
Taylor Thornburgh is an associate with BCLP’s real estate practice. She focuses on buying and selling properties in all asset classes and commercial leasing. She also assists clients with financing. Her client list includes Ares Management, Sagard Real Estate and Asana Partners, and a robust local practice.
Notable deals include representing an institutional real estate company selling property in 12 states at a sales price of over $300 million. She also worked for a real estate company to sell a 500,000-square-foot industrial building on 28 acres in California for $140 million.
Thornburgh is one of 10 U.S. associates selected to participate in the BCLP global sponsorship program for 2024. She was also chosen to be a member of the global associates council, which is tasked with discussing and responding to policies that impact associates across the firm. Thornburgh is the associate liaison with the firm’s Women’s Initiative for all Colorado offices.
She is involved with several local and nationwide organizations, serving on multiple committees with CREW and recently tasked with spearheading BCLP’s involvement with the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce. She has been a BCLP associate representative for the Colorado Legal Aid Foundation’s associate campaign. Additionally, Thornburgh handles pro bono projects and has assisted in several cases related to wrongful imprisonment.
