Davis Bocks has been an underwriter and senior associate for CapMatrix’s transactions over the past two years, a vital part of nearly $1 billion in company transactions. This allowed him to quickly rise into a valued member of the capital markets team, bringing in several clients with an estimated pipeline of approximately $175 million in capital requirements throughout the next 2.5 years. Bocks matches owners and potential capital sources, executing financing-related transactions to fund various real estate projects from ground-up development to refinances.

He has also assisted with the company’s growth by guiding new employees on deal structuring and underwriting.

Bocks is a member of Arizona’s YNG Community and NAIOP’s Develop Leaders group and is active with the Phoenix 20/30 club.
