Stacy Weaver is an associate with Hines’ industrial development and acquisitions team. In this capacity, she underwrites prospective development and acquisition opportunities across the Midwest.
Notable transactions include helping with the development, leasing and disposition of the 1.1-million-square-foot Whiteland Distribution Center (Whiteland, IN), acquisition and leasing of the 1.1-million-square-foot Chicago Prime Portfolio (Melrose Park, IL) and acquisition of the 700,000-square-foot I-70 Logistics Center (Columbus, OH).
Weaver started Hines’ Ladies of Logistics, a networking organization for women in the industry. She is actively involved with NAIOP and sits on the developing leaders board. She routinely acts as a resource for those seeking to break into the industry. She uses her connections to help secure employment opportunities for young professionals interested in working in the Chicago CRE sector.
