Max Grossman joined Interra in 2018 as an investment sales associate and was promoted to director in 2020. During this time, he brokered or assisted in more than $231 million in multifamily transactions, including his deals and working as a member of Interra’s top broker teams.

In 2023, Grossman brokered eight deals throughout Chicagoland, totaling 100 units at a deal consideration of $6 million. One notable transaction involved selling a 19-unit building in Chicago’s Englewood neighborhood after it had languished on the market for nearly 18 months. He procured a buyer and went under contract in less than 30 days.

He reaches out to property owners who may one day be interested in selling. This approach has helped him develop long-term relationships with clients. Grossman secures higher-profile listings that sell for record prices in their respective submarkets as that network grows.

Grossman enjoys assisting newer/younger brokers with guidance, strategies and lessons learned from his early experiences in commercial real estate. Through his collaborative nature, he looks for opportunities to provide support and work in tandem with newer brokers whenever possible.
