Ariadne Kerekes
Assisted Old Second Bank in its relocation to 33,000 square feet
Serves as Hiffman’s longest-tenured project services team member
Ariadne Kerekes is a project manager at Hiffman National, where she engages tenants and building owners in managing and coordinating construction projects. She communicates with architects to collaborate on space plans before seeking budget proposals from general contractors.
Notable activities include assisting Old Second Bank in its main office relocation from Aurora to a 33,000-square-foot office space in Downers Grove. Her review of the proposed furniture package reduced the initial price from $55 to $45 per square foot.
Kerekes joined Hiffman in 2018 as an administrative assistant. She transitioned from an administrative role to project services with minimal construction experience and assistance from multiple mentors. As the longest-tenured member of Hiffman’s project services team, Kerekes witnessed its expansion from two members in 2019 to six in Chicago and three in Houston. Her experience helps establish standards and onboard new members as the team develops.
Kerekes builds the firm’s reputation as a community-oriented organization through regular participation in the annual dodgeball tournament. Through this event, she helps support Ronald McDonald House Charities, Habitat for Humanity, Special Olympics, Misericordia, Alzheimer’s Association and PAXA/Kids Too.
These are just a few reasons we selected Ariadne Kerekes as one of Connect CRE’s Chicago & Midwest 2024 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will strongly influence the commercial real estate industry.
